RENTING BUT WANT NBN?
Don’t sweat it. If you are renting, you can still get connected to the NBN with Falcon Internet.
If the place your are renting is located in a Fibre to the Node (FTTN) area and you already have a existing telephone line in-place, you don’t need to do anything other than order an NBN plan from Falcon Internet. We’ll do the rest.
If you are located in a Fibre to the Premise (FTTP), NBN Fixed Wireless area or need to get any equipment installed at your service address to get connected to the NBN, first ask your landlord if it’s okay. Not all homes will need equipment installed, but if your place does, the landlord may want to be on-site or be reachable by telephone when the technicians come. Be sure to let the owner know the days and times the technicians will be visiting.
LIVING IN AN APARTMENT AND WANT NBN INTERNET?
If you’re living in a unit or apartment, you can also connect to the NBN when it reaches your area, but the Owner’s Corporation will need to give their permission for nbn to provide the fibre to the building. You can approach them via the strata manager. nbn will work out the best way to connect your building.
